In honer of Throw Back Thursday, I was going through some old photos of this year. This pic was taken by my niece at my graduation party. I love this shot of me. I had on my favorite Palazzo Wide-Leg, Lilly Pulitzer pants (which I love the inseam, because I love for my pants to have a long length, so they can hang just right over my heels) . I had some fun arm party going on that day, with bracelets from my mom's jewelry inventory (Pearls on 42nd) and bangles I picked up from Kohl's a few years ago. I bet I was on Facebook too when she took this.

I was in a complete jaw dropping AWE when I seen this Louis Vuitton Paris Show. Just in time for my bedroom renovation, I'm using this yellow and white (with a touch of metallic of course) used in the show as color inspiration. (I will keep you guys updated on the renovation) But let's just embrace this work of art for a moment......... <3

If I could just have that floor! (Who comes up with this stuff??) Cool!!

P.S. I'm GETTING one of these headbands ;-)

Love the uniform of the show, all the models had the same hairstyle and the collection itself completely represented the brand. These models look like beautiful robots. Creative Director of Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs and all the designers were really creative for this one. Check out how the designers only used two-colors per look ( It was over a 100 looks for the show)...Talk about creativity.

Thank God the Fashion Shows are on Youtube. For all the fashion lovers that have never physically been to a show (+me) at any Fashion Week, but always dreamed of going....This is 4 you! P.S. We'll get there someday, I believe.

Models Jasmine Tookes, Joan Smalls and Jourdan Dunn...are The Magnificent J's. Why?? I've been seeing these faces gracing all over the world in all the latest high fashion ads, mags and runways. From Prada, Gucci, Burberry, Miu Miu, Marc Jacobs, David Yurman, Rag & Bone, Blumarine, Dolce & Gabana just to name a few. Pretty good stuff, huh? Plus their names begin with (J) like mine, so it was a must to give a ode to them and name them The Magnificent J's!

Paige Denim, White Jean; Old Navy Flip-Flops, Tank, Vest (I made from an old jean jacket)

I was gazing at my flip-fops today, as the weather is just getting colder and colder...just thinking oh how I miss putting them on. I know they are a fashionista's no, no, but they are yes, yes in my book! I love mixing low-end price points with high-end price points. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore tall heels, but sometimes in the spring/summer I just feel like simply slipping on my never let me down (must be black) Old Navy flip-flops and accentuate my beachy waves and go!

What your Fashion No No guilty pleasure?? I wanna know, I know I'm not alone here!!

Just a Sunday afternoon after church, my niece Chip had the cutest outfit on today. I'm loving the BB & Dakota Trench, paired with leopard print leggings and combat patent boots...perfect fall outfit I must say. I swear my sister should go full-time in kid styling ;-)

This Thanksgiving was very quiet and mellow (which was very nice). We stayed home this year and cooked. We normally go to my aunt's house, but we just stayed in this year. We use my grandmother's China Dishes and my mother prepared this fabulous turkey. Each of us took turns preparing different dishes, which is our normal tradition. I was so excited to end my night watching the Micheal Jackson Bad 25th Anniversary Special, directed by Spike Lee, that premiered Thursday night.

I've only been stalking these shoes since the summer. I love a shoe with a wow factor pop of color! Miista May Metallic Slip-on booties are a must have. I feel like they can go with almost anything.

Hopefully I'll get a great deal for them Black Friday. I can definitely imagine myself gliding down the streets with these on. Plus they look super comfortable with the platform heel. Undecided between the Gold or Silver, i'm a bit infatuated with metallics'. Wearing these i'll be sure to get in-touch with my inner Rock Star!

This antique night stand (D.I.Y./ Do It Yourself project) that we had in our family for some years, needed some updating. It was originally in my mother's room, but she wanted to eliminate some space in her bedroom, so I was happy to give it a update and a new location (my bedroom). I used gold leaf spray paint from Michael's Arts and Craft (one of my favorite stores).

I have a slight obsession with metallic's especially gold and sometimes silver (depending on what mood I'm in). I topped it off with antique pieces from my grandmother's living room (lamp and table), mirror from Ross. So, if you have some dated furniture that you're sick of looking at (dresser, headboard, bed, chair, etc) get yourself some spray paint and get spraying :)

I'm so loving this Coral Lace skirt from H&M. Skirt $29.50 www.hm.com. How great is the detail and lace trimming. The dressing room lighting in H&M does nothing for the vibrant color skirt, it's 10 times brighter than the actual photo. Working in the city has its pros and cons. But one of the pros is working within a few feet from H&M and other great stores, makes my 30 minute lunch all worth it!

Love this picture Beyonce posted for two reasons:

1.) Which means Beyonce is making new music (I love to see artist in the studio making magic, a lot goes into production when creating music.) Music is definitely is a form of art. I respect anyone who keeps the craft going. Music creates significant moments and memories. I know if I hear a song, from any of my favorite artist, I always remember how I felt at that particular moment when I first heard it. Whether the feeling was good or bad, the song will leave a mark in my mind.

2.) Those freaking two-toned black and white Rag and Bone, leather pants are crazy. I love the combination of black and white. Its so classic! Plus it gives some great color blocking action too! And you're not limited to add a pop of color with that, because the good thing about black and white, whether they're paired up or not they will go with any other color.

At times my style can be very relaxed. It's all based on my current mood and mode. This specific day I was in Atlantic City, NJ (post graduation) enjoying the wonderful scenery. All I wanted to do was be incognito and focus on just SHOPPING! But in some sort of style of course ;-)

Another Reason Why I Love The Holiday Season. The VS ladies all geared up for the annual Victoria Secret Fashion Show. With their signature Angel Wings in different styles, colors, textures and fabrics. This year performing is Rihanna, Justin Beiber and many others.

The designers, models and producers always find ways to top the previous year.

Check out model Jasmine Tookes (far right), looking uber fab. Can't wait until the show premieres on CBS, December 4th, 2012.

It's great to see items when they're normally in a specific fabric, like this Alexander Wang suede motorcycle jacket, you normally see them in leather. The different fabric gives it a softer delicate look!

The votes are in for the 2012 Election. Barack Obama is back for another term. I can't be more excited!! I always have my fashion hat on. Now which FAB designer will design Michelle's Inaguration Ball gown. At the first inaguration back in 2009 Michelle wore this unforgettable gown by Jason Wu.

So who's up next to design our beautiful first lady's gown? Another Jason Wu or a new underdog designer?

I'm grateful and blessed to say that my family and I was safe from Hurricane Sandy. But others were not so fortunate. Residents of New Jersey and New York were terribly affected: damaged homes, floods, fires and some are now without homes. Sadly some lost loved ones and some people are even still missing. Some areas still without electricity.

As human beings, we must help our fellow citizens, especially at this time of need. Any donation will help! I know that these are difficult times financially for some, but anything could make a difference. If we all come together we can make some sort of difference to the victims of the Hurricane Sandy.

NBC will host a 1 hour telethon and concert, Hurricane Sandy: Come Together, tonight at 7 PM. Scheduled to appear on Coming Together are Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Bon Jovi, Sting, Christina Aguilera and Jimmy Fallon and many others.
