Every girl has their own rule about beauty do's and don'ts. For me, when it comes to a red lip....My rule is: Bright shade, dark wardrobe and dark hair. This will make your lips be the accent high-light of any all black ensemble and a definite head-turner. Meagan nailed this!! Note: So PR and Production girls, add your favorite pop of color when having to wear your stellar all black attire to work events.
